Terms of Service
Last updated 6 September 2026
These terms govern your use of VantaBlack. Please read section 2 and section
9 carefully — they describe what this service is not, and what you remain
responsible for. This page also holds our Privacy Policy
(section 15) and our Code of Conduct (section 16).
1. Who we are
VantaBlack is operated by VantaBlack, registered at Registered address to be confirmed, GSTIN
To be confirmed. "We", "us" and "our" mean that entity. "You" means the person
holding an account.
2. What VantaBlack is — and is not
VantaBlack is execution software. It reads signals from a
source you have chosen, and places corresponding orders in your own broker
account, within limits you set.
- We do not give investment advice. We do not select
securities, publish recommendations, or tell you what to trade. Nothing
we provide is a recommendation to buy or sell anything.
- We are not a broker. We do not hold your money or your
securities. Your funds stay with your broker, in your name.
- We are not a portfolio manager and we do not exercise
discretion over your account. The system acts only on signals from the
source you selected, sized by the limits you set.
- We do not guarantee any outcome — not a profit, not a
level of performance, and not that any particular signal will be acted
on successfully.
3. Eligibility
To use VantaBlack you must:
- be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract;
- be legally permitted to trade in the markets you enable;
- hold a broker account in your own name, and be entitled to authorise
automated order placement on it under your broker's terms; and
- trade only with money that is yours and that you can afford to lose.
4. Your account and credentials
Keep your password and broker API credentials secure. You are responsible for
activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe it has been
accessed by someone else. Never share your broker credentials with anyone —
including anyone claiming to be us.
5. Mappings, terms and expiry
Access is sold as mappings, described in the Refund
& Cancellation Policy. Nothing renews automatically.
When a mapping expires it stops opening new positions. It does not
close positions you already hold, and it will not manage them.
Anything still open at expiry is yours to manage and close directly with
your broker.
6. Signal sources
You choose which source to follow. We pass on what that source publishes; we
do not originate, verify, endorse or vet its calls, and we are not
responsible for their quality or outcome. Your relationship with a research
provider — including anything you pay them — is between you and them.
If a source is a regulated entity, its registration and obligations are its
own. We make no representation about the regulatory status of any source
unless we have stated it explicitly and in writing.
7. Your broker
Your relationship with your broker is governed by their agreement, not ours.
We are not responsible for their outages, rejected orders, margin decisions,
square-offs, charges, or changes to their API. Where the broker is
unreachable, the system cannot place, modify or exit orders.
8. What you remain responsible for
- The capital in your account and every position in it.
- The limits you set — position size, which segments are enabled, whether
partial exits are taken.
- Maintaining sufficient margin. We do not monitor your margin, and a trade
may be rejected or squared off by your broker for want of it.
- Closing positions the system cannot — including after a mapping expires,
after you unlink a broker, or where a stop could not be placed.
- Your own tax and regulatory obligations.
Risk
Trading in securities and derivatives carries a substantial risk of loss and
is not suitable for every investor. Past performance is not indicative of
future results. Automated execution reduces delay; it does not reduce market
risk and cannot prevent a loss. Derivatives can lose more than the premium
paid. Do not trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
9. Limitation of liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not
warrant that it will be uninterrupted, timely, or free of error.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses,
lost profits, or missed opportunities, however they arise — including from a
missed, delayed, duplicated or incorrectly interpreted signal, a failure to
place or modify an order, a stop that could not be filled, connectivity or
broker failure, or downtime.
Where we are found liable notwithstanding the above, our total aggregate
liability is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the
three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded,
including for fraud.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- redistribute, resell or republish signals delivered to you;
- share your account with anyone else, or run it for a third party's
account without telling us;
- attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access
to the platform; or
- use the service for market manipulation or any unlawful purpose.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that
breaches these terms, that we reasonably believe is being used unlawfully, or
where continuing would put us in breach of a legal or regulatory obligation.
Where we terminate without your fault, we refund the unused portion of the
term on a pro-rata basis.
On termination, positions open in your account remain yours. Close them
directly with your broker.
12. Changes
We may amend these terms. Material changes are notified by email before they
take effect. Continuing to use the service after that date means you accept
the revised terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Gurugram have
exclusive jurisdiction.
14. Grievances
If something goes wrong, tell us first — see Contact
for the grievance officer and the timelines we work to.
15. Privacy Policy
Last updated 21 September 2026
This page explains what personal information VantaBlack collects, why, who
can see it, how long we keep it, and what you can do about it. It is written
to be read, not skimmed past.
15.1 Who we are
VantaBlack is operated by VantaBlack, Registered address to be confirmed. For anything about your
personal information, write to TradingBotVantaBlack@gmail.com or use the Contact
page. The grievance officer is named there.
15.2 What we collect
- Your account. Your name and email address, and your
password, which we keep only as a one-way hash: we cannot read it. At
sign-up you may also enter a PAN and an Aadhaar number. Both are optional.
If you enter them, they are stored in our database until you delete
your account.
- Your broker. The client ID of the broker account you
link. If you set up automatic morning sign-in, your Kite user ID,
password, authenticator secret, and your Kite app key and secret. These
are stored encrypted, and are used only to sign in to your broker
for you. Each day's access token is also kept.
- WhatsApp and Telegram. When you link a number, its login
session is stored on our server so it can stay connected. We read the
messages of the groups your mappings follow, and store their text, the
group's name and the time, so your orders can be placed and you can see
them on the Messages tab. Your mappings decide which groups those are.
- Trading. The orders we place for you, your positions,
prices, and profit and loss, and the sizing limits you set.
- Payments. What you bought, the amount, the method, the
date and the transaction reference you or your bank gives us. We do not
receive or store card numbers, UPI PINs or bank passwords.
- Messages to us. What you send through chat, the contact
form, or a concern you raise about a signal, and our replies.
- Technical. Your IP address and browser details, as any
web server records. A sign-in token is kept in your browser so you stay
signed in. We set no advertising cookies and use no analytics or
advertising trackers.
15.3 Why we use it
- to run your account and place the orders you have asked for, in your
broker account, within your limits;
- to take and confirm payment, keep the records the law requires, and issue
refunds;
- to send you the mail that goes with the service: a welcome, order
confirmations, expiry reminders, replies to your messages, and security
notices such as confirmation codes;
- to answer you, investigate a concern, and keep the service secure and working.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
15.4 Who can see it
- The admin you belong to. Every account belongs to an
admin, the person who enrolled you (by an invite code or link), or
VantaBlack's own SuperAdmin if you signed up without one. Your admin can
see your name, email, mappings, trades and payments, and the messages you
send us. They copy on the emails we send you about your account. An
admin sees only their own subscribers, never another admin's.
- Our staff, only as needed to run the service and answer
you.
- Your broker, because orders are placed in your account
there. What your broker holds is governed by their own policy.
- Service providers that carry out parts of what we do:
the servers we run on, and the email service that delivers our messages.
They handle information only for that purpose.
- The authorities, when the law requires it.
If your admin has mapped you to one of their groups (shown to you only as
"Mapped By Admin"), that group's messages arrive through your admin's own
WhatsApp or Telegram, not yours. You can unlink it and use your own at any
time.
15.5 How long we keep it
While your account is open. When you delete it, we stop your mappings, unlink
WhatsApp, Telegram and your broker, remove your saved sign-in details, and
strip your name, email, PAN and Aadhaar from the account. Payment and order
records, and the trades they relate to, are kept in a form that no longer
identifies you, because the law requires us to keep them. Messages already
received from groups may remain in that record. Copies held in our backups
can persist for a limited time after deletion.
15.6 How we protect it
Broker sign-in details are encrypted at rest. Passwords are hashed. Changes
that could hurt you, such as unlinking WhatsApp or Telegram or changing a
mapping's group, need a code we email to the address on your account, which
nobody can change from inside the portal. No system is perfectly secure, so
keep your password to yourself, and please tell us at once if you think
someone else has had access to your account.
15.7 Your choices
- Look at the information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it.
- Remove your saved broker sign-in, or unlink WhatsApp, Telegram or your
broker, from the portal whenever you like.
- Delete your account from the Account tab. It is not possible while a trade
is open or an order is waiting for approval. Records the law requires us
to keep stay, as section 5 says.
- Ask us a question or raise a complaint at TradingBotVantaBlack@gmail.com. If we have not
resolved it, escalate to the grievance officer on the
Contact page.
15.8 Children
VantaBlack is for adults who can open their own broker account. It is not
meant for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
15.9 Changes
When we change this page we change the date at the top. If a change matters
for what happens to your information, we will tell you by email as well.
16. Code of Conduct
Last updated 21 September 2026
VantaBlack places real orders with real money, so it runs on trust. This is
how we expect everyone on it to behave: subscribers, admins, and the people
who write to us. It adds to the acceptable-use rules in the
Terms.
16.1 Everyone
- Be honest. Give true information about who you are, and
use only broker accounts, WhatsApp numbers and Telegram accounts that are
yours to use.
- Keep your account yours. Do not share your login or the
codes we email you, and do not use anyone else's.
- Be respectful. No abuse, threats, harassment or
discrimination towards our staff, admins or other members, in chat, on
support or anywhere else we talk to you.
- Do not misuse the service. Do not probe, overload,
interfere with or try to get around it, its limits, its payments or its
confirmation codes. Do not scrape it, or resell or republish the signals
it delivers.
- Obey the law. Do not use VantaBlack for market
manipulation, insider dealing, money laundering, or anything else
unlawful.
16.2 Subscribers
- You decide who to follow and how much to risk. Set your limits
thoughtfully, and check your broker regularly; automation reduces delay,
not risk.
- Tell us straight away if you think something is wrong, using the concern
button on a message or the Contact page. Do not wait for a loss to grow.
- Do not ask us to make an exception to a payment, refund or safety rule for
you by pressing staff, or by pretending to be someone else.
- Do not use the support chat for anything except support.
16.3 Admins
An admin enrols subscribers, offers them groups, and can see their details.
That is a position of trust, and it comes with more rules:
- Never promise returns. Do not guarantee, imply or
advertise profit, or a track record you cannot prove. VantaBlack does not
give investment advice, and you must not present it, or yourself through
it, as giving any.
- Protect your subscribers' information. Use what you can
see only to look after their account. Do not copy it, share it, sell it
or use it to approach them for anything else.
- Offer only groups you may. Offer a group only if you are
entitled to share what it publishes, and do not present a group's calls as
your own.
- Never take or ask for a subscriber's broker password, OTP or
trading PIN, and never place, or ask anyone to place, an order in
a subscriber's account outside the system.
- Deal fairly with money. Payments go through the
billing pages. Do not collect money from a subscriber another way, and do
not promise refunds or terms that are not in the
Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- Answer your subscribers, and send anything you cannot
resolve to us.
16.4 Reporting a problem
If someone breaks this code, or you are worried about a signal, a message or
your account, tell us at TradingBotVantaBlack@gmail.com or on the Contact
page. We treat reports seriously, and we do not penalise anyone for reporting
in good faith.
16.5 What happens if the code is broken
Depending on what happened, we may warn you, limit what your account can do,
suspend it, or end it, and for an admin, take back the admin role or move
their subscribers to another admin. Serious breaches, such as fraud, abuse of
a subscriber's money or information, or anything unlawful, may be reported to
the authorities. Any refund follows the
Refund & Cancellation Policy and the
Terms.
Before you publish this
This is a working draft, not legal advice, and it was not written by a
lawyer. It touches securities regulation in India, where the line between
"execution software" and a regulated activity is exactly the question your
empanelment work is already open on. Have a securities lawyer review this
page and the About page together — particularly sections 2, 6 and 9 —
before either goes in front of the public or a payment gateway.
