Indian law requires a named grievance officer with a working contact address published on the site, and payment gateways check for it during onboarding. Name an actual person — a role mailbox with no name behind it does not satisfy it.
We will never ask you for your broker password, your trading PIN, an OTP, or remote access to your device — not by email, not by phone, not on WhatsApp. If anyone claiming to be VantaBlack asks for any of them, they are not us. Stop, and email support.
